Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Atlis Path, provided by Atlis Rx. Where we have a signed agreement with your organization, that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

Accounts

Accounts belong to an organization and are created either by an administrator or by joining with an invite code. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Invite codes let anyone holding them join your organization, so treat them as sensitive and regenerate a code if it is shared more widely than intended.

Your content

You keep all rights to the blueprints, comments, files and other content you put into Atlis Path. We claim no ownership of it. We process it only to provide the service, and we do not use it to train models or make it available to other customers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to share;
• upload personal health information about identifiable patients — Atlis Path is for mapping processes, not for holding patient records;
• attempt to access another organization’s data, or probe or interfere with the service’s security;
• resell or redistribute the service without our agreement.

Regulatory scope

Atlis Path is a planning and collaboration tool. It is not a validated system for regulated records, is not a medical device, and is not intended to hold data subject to 21 CFR Part 11 or equivalent requirements. If you intend to use it in a regulated context, talk to us first so we can be clear about what it does and does not provide.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment. We may change or improve features over time. If we plan to remove something you depend on, we will give existing customers reasonable notice.

Fees

Where fees apply they are set out in the agreement or order form with your organization. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are billed annually in advance.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. On termination we will, on request, provide an export of your content and then delete it.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. For material changes affecting existing customers, we will give notice directly.
